Julian is the co-owner of 107 Fitness Studio, an established fitness writer and a natural amateur bodybuilder. He began strength training at the young age of fourteen to improve his sports performance and hasnt looked back since. His work ethic helped him earn all-state honors in high school baseball and a collegiate scholarship. After finishing college, he began pursuing his career as a personal trainer.
With over a decade of personal experience in strength training, he has helped numerous clients achieve fitness and weight loss goals since he became certified in early 2008 through the American Council on Exercise. He graduated in 2004 with an Associates in General Studies with a concentration in Physical Education from Faulkner State Community College and in 2007 from Grambling State University with a Bachelors in Business Management. Julian is also CPR certified through the American Heart Association.

I started working out with Julian on January 24th 2010. I came to Julian looking to lose weight and take steps to learn how to live a better healthier lifestyle.
